The validity of approved plans from HRDA and UK RERA starts from May 2023 and is valid up to May 2028 (for 5 years). We propose to develop 3 blocks now with 3 lacs sqft salable area, and handover within 2.5 years by December 2026, and later as convenient take up another 3 blocks to complete the entire Phase-2 before May 2028.
